WordPress Maintenance Monthly Retainer
As specialists in WordPress and supporting systems, we’re on hand for maintenance and support when you need it.
What's included
Just so you know exactly what you’re getting, we’ve broken the package down into three different areas:
Support
Whatever questions you have, we’ll always be on hand to answer them. Your monthly hours can be used to update, change or simply maintain your site.
Security
We’ll keep your WordPress website secure, with regular background backups and malicious activity logged, HTTPS (SSL) included.
Websites can break, so reduce any possible downtime by having our team on hand to identify the problem and find the right solution.

All prices exclusive of VAT. With our retainer packages, you can choose a set amount of hours per month depending on your needs, for an initial period of 3 months. We will then re-assess your package to ensure you are getting exactly what you need and will then move onto a 3, 6, 9 or 12 month agreement. If you ever need more hours than the agreed number of hours per month, overtime is charged at our regular hourly rate of £50 per hour. Please note that retainer hours do not roll over each month. We will always let you know in advance if we are close to hitting our hours for the month.
Frequently Asked Questions
Below are a few questions we’re frequently asked about our WordPress retainer. Hopefully you can find the answer you’re looking for, however if there’s anything else you want to know then get in touch.
Maintenance helps keep your website running effectively. Ensuring everything is up to date and backed up in case of a security breach.
Of course! But as with anything IT-based, it’s not always that simple. Updating one plugin for example can slow the performance of your website significantly, impacting on the user experience. At weSTART, our tech team understand these challenges and how to counteract them, which can save you time and money in the long run.
If your website isn’t maintained then it won’t function correctly, impacting the user experience, the perception of your brand and ultimately revenue.
